An apostille (pronounced uh-paw-stee) is a standardized certificate used by and in countries that are part of the Hague Apostille Convention.
An apostille authenticates the origin of a public document so it can be accepted for use abroad. It does not verify the content of the document.
Apostilles are issued for documents for use in countries that are part of the Hague Apostille Convention. Certificates of Authority (legalization) are issued for documents for use in countries that are not part of the Hague Apostille Convention. To simplify the wording, most people will say either Hague or Non-Hague countries.

This is perfect for anyone who is unable to leave their home or office, elderly, or people out of the country with U.S.-based documents. A Travel Consent is a letter or document held by a minor which proves that the children or child traveling have or has the permission of their absent guardian or parents to travel out of the USA.

The USCIS Form I-9 (commonly referred to as the I-9) is used to verify the identity and employment authorization of individuals hired for employment in the United States. This includes all citizens and non-citizens. If this form is not completed, legally you cannot be paid.
The I-9 must be completed by both the Employer and the Employee. If the I-9 is not completed in the HR office, the Employee may be instructed to find and use a Notary to help complete their section of the form as an Authorized Representative of the Employer.
