All signers and witnesses must bring a valid (meaning unexpired), government-issued photo identification and any real estate documents or packages that need notarization. Please make sure all documents are complete but do not sign these documents in advance.

Yes. We are certified as Notary Signing Agents by the National Notary Association (NNA). We are certified and background checked yearly along with being bonded and insured.

Some qualifying documents may be eligible for Remote Online Notarization depending on lender and state requirements. With our In-Person Electronic Notarization (IPEN) capabilities, we can assist with real estate packages that require both electronic and tradtional wet ink stamps.

Yes, we would be more than happy to assist your clients. Our capabilities as a mobile notary make a perfect partnership.

Witnesses for mobile notary appointments can be provided for qualifying appointments. Availability is subject to scheduling and document requirements. Witnesses for remote online notarizations are always available.

We accept cash, credit card and Zelle. We apologize for any inconvenience but we do not accept checks as a form of payment. 

For signing services, escrow agents or lenders:

A business check, vendor pay or deluxe e-checks are accepted.

All fees are to be paid at the time of service:

For in-person appointments, prior to signing.

For electronic (RON) appointments, prior to the release of notarized document.
