Estate documents include but are not limited to:
Last Will & Testament, Durable Power of Attorney (Medical & Financial), Advanced Directive/Living Will, Guardian & Conservator Nominations for Children, Trusts, and Deeds/Real Property Transfers.
PLEASE NOTE - Most estate planning packages will require 1-2 unrelated witnesses be present to sign along with the notary. I do not provide a witness service at this time.
FYI for Real Estate Services
Real Estate Packages are time-sensitive and require the utmost urgency. Prices include scanning documents and emailing to lenders.
Documents that are signed locally here to Wheaton prior to 3:00PM CST are dropped off to FedEx or UPS prior to the last pickup of the day with a shipping label that is provided by the loan provider. Signings outside of the Wheaton area are not guaranteed for same day drop-off but will have same day scanbacks. Last pickup times are:
FedEx in Danada Square
Express: Monday-Friday; 6P, Saturdays, 4P, No pickup on Sunday
Ground: Monday-Friday, 5P; No Pickup on Weekends
UPS on Geneva & Main Street
UPS Air & UPS Ground: Monday-Friday, 6:30P
Saturday, 2P (For UPS Air Only); No pickup on Sunday
