From banking to trust signings and everything in-between, my career path has aways had a central focus: having a heart of service.

My name is Andrea Theofanis, and I am the owner of Synergy Notary Services LLC. I am a fully commissioned notary public located in Wheaton, IL., and serve most of DuPage County. I understand the need for people to be met at a location and time that works best for them which is why I offer mobile notary services, RON (remote online notary) services and IPEN (in-person electronic notarization) services. 

I started out in the banking industry, where I learned customer service skills that allowed me to assist a variety of people with their financial needs as a bank teller and serve their general notary needs as a notary public with ease and confidence. Over the years, I worked as an accounts receivable manager, office manager, director of operations and executive assistant. In all those roles, the service mentality never stopped, as each role was completed in non-profits where I could continue serving my community. Each role sharpened my attention to detail, deepened my understanding of paperwork-heavy, task-oriented processes and allowed me to connect with people from a variety of walks and positions, gaining not only their trust but friendship along the way. 

In my desire to serve in and around my Wheaton community, I commissioned again in 2021. During my time as a notary, I got quite familiar with general notary work again along with loan signings and the occasional trust signing. I was able to connect with clients from all walks of life and earn 5-star ratings from my ability to put my clients at ease as a notary public they can trust to bring a calm to their important moments.

Today, I continue to enjoy the work I do as a mobile and electronic notary. Every appointment is a chance to serve my community, whether it's finalizing a trust, purchasing a home or notarizing consent to travel forms. What sets me apart is my training as a Certified Notary Trust Delivery Agent and a meticulous, professional approach to make the signing process smooth and stress-free. Clients trust me with their important documents because each signing is approached as I would want me or my family to be cared for in our moments. Attorneys trust me with their clients because they know I'll show up on time, treat their clients with respect and get the job done right the first time, all at a time and location that works best for their clients. That kind of servitude, reliability and professionalism is hard to find and is something that I take pride in being able to deliver.
