Specialty Notary Services

Specialty Notary Services are ISCIS I-9 Forms, Estate Planning Packages and more.

Estate documents include but are not limited to:

Last Will & Testament, Durable Power of Attorney (Medical & Financial), Advanced Directive/Living Will, Guardian & Conservator Nominations for Children, Trusts, and Deeds/Real Property Transfers.

PLEASE NOTE - Most estate planning packages will require 1-2 unrelated witnesses be present to sign along with the notary. I do not provide a witness service for in-person appointments at this time.

Some Specialty Notary Services can be completed either in-person or online through the BlueNotary platform.

I can assist with completing Section 2 of the USCIS I-9 Form as an Authorized Representative within the Wheaton, IL area. *Double-check with your HR upon starting as this cost may be reimbursable. Does not include Travel Fee.

Estate Planning Packages

Starting at $200

This package is for 1 signer for 30 minutes and 1 complete set of documents. It includes the local travel fee and stamps.
