FYI for Real Estate Services

Real Estate Packages are time-sensitive and require the utmost urgency. Prices include drop-off services if a shipping label is provided. 


Documents that are signed prior to 3:00PM CST are dropped off to FedEx or UPS prior to the last pickup of the day with a shipping label that is provided by the loan provider. Last pickup times are:


FedEx in Danada Square

Express: Monday-Friday; 6P, Saturdays, 4P, No pickup on Sunday

Ground: Monday-Friday, 5P; No Pickup on Weekends


UPS on Geneva & Main Street

UPS Air & UPS Ground: Monday-Friday, 6:30P

Saturday, 2P (For UPS Air Only); No pickup on Sunday

RON Real Estate Service Rates
